They're set with rare ancient silver coins in the center: Thracia Mesembria 5th -4th cents B.C. 
It’s an ancient Greek silver coin from Thrace, Mesembria. The design features a crested Corinthian
helmet on the obverse and a four-spoked wheel symbol on the reverse.
